Our mission

The mission of DevelUp is to help you succeed in business; to turn your life around and to create a better future for yourself, your family and your community. We aim to create vibrant new enterprises and opportunities for young and old in Tower Hamlets, by building your confidence, developing leadership skills in you, and by providing advice to you on launching your business.

“No emotional talk here, but I want to get up and do something” one 24-year-old student living in Tower Hamlets said.

The program that we have developed is designed to help you optimise your life, career or business, by helping you think and act in the same way that all the great leaders and great organisations in the world think and act, which is the complete opposite to everyone else.

At DevelUp, we will support you to launch and build your own business, or help you gain meaningful employment. You can follow the program to establish business success, creditworthiness and financial self-sufficiency – even if you possess no collateral, or have a low credit rating. From building your confidence, through leadership and building relationships strategically, and on to teaching you how to build and run a profitable business; we also help people actually start a business, and for that business to become profitable.
